Prelims Syllabus: General Studies and General Hindi. The prelims is qualifying in nature and the marks are not counted in the final merit.
Mains Syllabus: General Studies (100 questions, 100 marks) covering history, geography, polity, economy and current affairs of Bihar and India, and General Hindi (100 marks).
Physical Test: After the Mains exam, candidates have to clear the physical standard and efficiency tests before the interview.
