IBPS PO 2026 Syllabus has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. The Probationary Officer exam is held in three phases: Prelims, Mains and Interview. The complete subject wise syllabus is given on the official IBPS website.

Prelims Syllabus: English Language (30 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (35) and Reasoning Ability (35). Total 100 questions of 100 marks with 60 minutes duration. Sectional cut off is applicable.
Mains Syllabus: Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (45 questions, 60 marks), Data Analysis and Interpretation (35, 60), English Language (35, 40) and English Descriptive Paper (2 questions, 25 marks) covering letter writing and essay.
Important Topics: Data interpretation of bar, line and pie charts, syllogism, puzzles, seating arrangement, input output, data sufficiency and English grammar are the most important areas.
