SSC CGL 2026 Syllabus and Exam Pattern have been released by the Staff Selection Commission. The Combined Graduate Level exam consists of Tier-1 and Tier-2 stages. Candidates preparing for the exam should download the subject wise syllabus from the official website and prepare accordingly.

Tier-1 Syllabus: General Intelligence and Reasoning (50 questions), General Awareness (50), Quantitative Aptitude (25) and English Comprehension (25). Total 100 questions of 200 marks with 60 minutes duration.
Tier-2 Syllabus: Paper-1 is Quantitative Abilities (90 questions, 200 marks), Paper-2 is English Language and Comprehension (100 questions, 200 marks), Paper-3 is Statistics (100 marks) for the post of Junior Statistical Officer and Paper-4 is General Studies Finance and Economics (200 marks) for the post of Assistant Audit Officer.
Preparation Tips: Focus on the important topics like percentage, ratio, algebra, data interpretation for maths; current affairs of the last 6 months, static GK and polity for general awareness; and vocabulary and reading comprehension for English.
