JEE Main 2026 Session-2 based B.Tech admission has been started through the JoSAA counselling portal. Candidates who have qualified the JEE Main exam with a valid percentile rank can participate in the centralised seat allotment process for admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.

Eligibility: Candidates must have appeared in JEE Main 2026 and secured a valid rank. For admission to IITs, candidates must also have qualified JEE Advanced 2026. Class 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is mandatory.
How to Participate: Register on josaa.nic.in, complete the basic details and document verification, fill the choices of the institutes and branches, lock the choices and wait for the seat allotment result.
Documents Required: JEE Main score card, class 10th and 12th certificates, category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate and provisional admission letter.
For college level admission in private institutions and state engineering colleges, candidates should check the respective counselling procedures.
