SSC GD Constable 2026 Notification has been released by the Staff Selection Commission. The commission has announced a total of 40,000 vacancies for Constable (GD) posts in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Assam Rifles. Candidates who have passed Class 10th are eligible to apply online from the official website.

Application Fee: General/OBC/EWS candidates have to pay Rs.100. SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
How to Apply: Visit the official website ssc.gov.in, click on the GD Constable application link, complete the registration, upload the required documents and pay the application fee. Take a printout of the final application form for future reference.
Selection Process: The selection will be based on Computer Based Exam, Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standard Test and Medical Examination. Candidates who qualify all the stages will be allotted to the CAPFs as per the merit.
